September 22nd, 2009

Lior from Israel

Hey Thrillionaires—Lior from Israel has a dream for next July.  Can anyone help him out?

“My dream is to ride with Valentino Rossi on a Moto Gp bike on my birthday—does anyone have any ideas on how to make that happen? If so, and you think you can help me, please feel free to either leave a blog post or contact me!  Thanks everyone!”

Marc’s got a noble idea, but maybe it would be best to find out what charity(ies) Valentino is supporting and work from that angle. Just be sure that it’s one you have a genuine interest in yourself, so it doesn’t come off as (too) self-serving ;-) That way, Rossi might be more willing to participate without feeling pressured into something without his input. C’mon over to the Community and post a new thread to get more ideas and support from fellow Thrillionaires — let’s get it started in here!

    Cheers ~

I got the book last year and read it from back to front in a couple of days, i could not put it down. It just shows you that anything is possible in life if you put your mind to it. What the mind conceives and you beleive you will acheive. If it is to be it is up to me… well done nik you have re kindled the fire in me and many people. i will see you at the top..Gav

Could you make it a charity fund raising event. There is an amazing charity called Food Water Shelter for example. But get sponsors to donate money could be people you know could be companies. basically like 40 hr Famine where you get sponsored $X if you go without food for 40hrs, they sponsor you if you can actually go for a ride with Rossi. Then you contact Rossi and you say “I need you to help me donate $100,000 (or whatever amount you raise) to an amazing eco-sustainable kids charity in Tanzania. All you have to do is ride with me on a Moto Gp bike. That’s it. We will video it and then the charity will receive the donation.

    How could he say no?

Let me know if it works. But hey, you get your dream and you save a few lives in the process. Now that’s a dream.
